Za razliku od juhe, \u010dorba je u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva povezana, a juha je ne\u0161to rje\u0111a i manje masna.<\/p>\n<p>\u010corba ima vise funkcija. Mo\u017ee biti samostalno jelo koje se uzima za doru\u010dak, naro\u010dito ako stomak nije spreman za drugo \u010dvrsto jelo. Za takve prilike \u010dorba se pravi od komadi\u0107a mesa sa dodatkom povra\u010da i mnogim za\u010dinima. Ako nema drugog povr\u0107a, u kockicama se dodaju krompira i ri\u017ea.<\/p>\n<p>Begova \u010dorba se nudi kao predjelo u mnogim restoranima sa doma\u0107om hranom.<\/p>\n<p>Kako pripremiti Begovu \u010dorbu?<\/p>\n<p>Potrebni su sljede\u0107i sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 litar vode<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; zelen (\u0161argarepa i korijen pa\u0161trnaka) isje\u010dena na kockice<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 100 grama bamije (obavezna u ovoj \u010dorbi)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 300 grama tele\u0107eg mesa isje\u010denog na kockice<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 300 grama pile\u0107eg mesa isje\u010denog na kockice<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2-3 listi\u0107a lovora<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; maslac<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; malo vode i mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sol, biber<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 50 ml pavlake<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 jaje<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; muskatni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sitno sjeckan per\u0161un<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; limunov sok<\/p>\n<p>U litar vode dodati zelen (\u0161argarepu i koren pa\u0161trnaka) isje\u010denu na kockice, 100 grama bamije, po 300 grama tele\u0107eg i pile\u0107eg mesa isje\u010denog na kockice i 2-3 listi\u0107a lovora. Kuhati 2-3 sata te dodavati vodu po potrebi.<\/p>\n<p>Kada su povr\u0107e i meso gotovo, napraviti u drugom sudu svijetlu podlogu za sos od maslaca, ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na s malo vode i mlijeka uz dodatak soli i bibera.<\/p>\n<p>Prebaciti to u lonac s povr\u0107em i mesom i lagano mije\u0161ati dok se ne zgusne pa, uz stalno mije\u0161anje, dodati umu\u0107enu pavlaku i 1 jaje. Kada je sve gotovo, dodati muskatni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Prije serviranja, \u010dorbu treba obilno posuti sitno sjeckanim per\u0161unom i nakapati limunov sok.
